The UCF Student Government Association will be holding a senate meet and greet on Monday at 6 p.m. in the Student Union Cape Florida Ballroom.

The meet and greet will be a chance for students to meet the senators who represent them in SGA and find out what services SGA provides to the student body.

“People talk about it more so on the local level, talk to your representatives if you want a change,” said Speaker of the Senate Josh Boloña. “Let’s drop it down to an even small microcosm ... and talk about your change. Worst-case scenario, what you get out of it is good knowledge and connections.”

The event will start at 6 p.m. and last until 8 p.m.

Along with students being able to talk to senators who represent their college, there will be a presentation to show more in-depth of what senate does. There will also be a free dinner for all those who attend.

“It’s gonna be fun,” Boloña said. “I’m not gonna bore people to death. Hopefully.”
