The Residence Hall along with the Jordan Porco Foundation held a mental health and suicide prevention event called "Fresh Check Day" at Memory Mall.

The event had different booths to focus on different aspects of mental health. One booth, for example, gave the opportunity to write notes to express feelings. Then, the notes were displayed to share with others.

The activities were followed by a Q&A to teach students how to take care of their mental health. Those who played and won got a stamp in a card collected at the check-in booth, and in the end, they got a prize.
