As an overcast sky darkened over the Rosen College of Hospitality Management Wednesday evening, a drizzle fell on the pavement of the nearly silent campus. Despite the dreariness, the college’s Inner Courtyard pulsated with a growing vibrancy. Students dressed to the nines began to fill the room, as the breezy groove of “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire helped establish the feel-good tone for the rest of the evening.

Along with Concert Knight and “Bubble Splash,” Rosen’s Knight Under the Stars was a student-centered bash meant to celebrate the fall season. A steady beat of joyous pop hits kept energy levels up as students were bathed in a sea of multicolor lights on the dancefloor. A number of golden lights also adorned parts of the Inner Courtyard, helping to create the ethereal atmosphere.

NSM Today reporter Edward Segarra captured highlights from the energetic bash.
